This policy explains how AI Resource Hub (https://ai.ghloanapp.xyz) handles personal information. We collect as little as possible.
Information we collect
Newsletter sign-ups. Your email address, the date, and the page where you signed up. We use it only to send the newsletter you asked for.
Forms. If you use our contact or "submit a tool" forms, we store what you enter (such as your name, email address and message) to respond to you.
Page-view statistics (optional). If you allow statistics, we record the page path you visited and the website that referred you. We do not record your IP address, name or device identifiers in these statistics.
Data stored on your device. Your saved prompts and your cookie choices are stored in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device.
Advertising cookies (optional). If advertising is enabled on this site and you allow it, Google AdSense may use cookies to show and measure ads. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Generators. Our free generators run in your browser. What you type is not sent to us unless an optional AI feature is clearly offered and you choose to use it.
Service providers
We use Supabase to store newsletter, form and statistics data, and our hosting provider to serve the website. They process data on our behalf under their own security and data-protection terms.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent for the newsletter, optional statistics and advertising cookies, and on our legitimate interest in responding to messages you send us.
How long we keep data
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Contact and submission messages are kept for up to 24 months. Page-view statistics are kept for up to 26 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live – including under the UK and EU GDPR, South Africa's POPIA, Nigeria's NDPA, Ghana's Data Protection Act, India's DPDP Act, Canada's PIPEDA and US state privacy laws – you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Change your cookie choices with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. To exercise other rights, email hello@ghloanapp.xyz. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We'll update this page if our practices change and show the date of the latest version.
